Ms. E. Giokala is the Head of the Managing Authority of the “Fisheries, Aquaculture & Maritime” Programme. Following the completion of her studies at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, she joined the Ministry of Rural Development and Food, where she continues to serve as a Biologist- Ichthyologist. Her primary field of expertise is the financial support of the fisheries sector, an area in which she possesses extensive experience spanning over 30 years.
