Dr. Dafna Israel is the Head of Research and Development at Phibro Aqua, based in Maayan Tzvi. She holds a PhD in Aquaculture from Haifa University and has a strong interdisciplinary background in marine science and coastal management. In her role, Dafna leads cutting-edge R&D initiatives focused on developing innovative feed additives for fish and crustaceans. She oversees analytical lab work, developing new methods to assess these solutions’ impact and effectiveness, and contributes to advancing sustainable aquaculture.
