Dr Theodoros Krintas

Dr. Theodoros N. Krintas is a behavioral economist. He has worked across the investment, technology, and consulting sectors for 35 years and has held senior executive positions since 1995. His work focuses on business growth, development, and succession.

He has led or supported 35 mergers and acquisitions, 76 succession processes, and has managed more than €1.7 billion internationally. Since 2018, he is the Founder and CEO of Koubaras Ltd, with the vision of establishing the (FIRST)* supporting companies to face real challenges with implementable solutions.

He serves as an Adjunct Professor at the Athens University of Economics and Business in Greece and as a Visiting Professor at Excelia Business School in France. He has a substantial academic record and is co-author of the book “How Many Defeats for One Victory!”.

Together with Alexandra Karamanea, with whom he shares both life and professional activities, they have raised three outstanding young scientists.
