Κ.Loufi is a Postdoctoral Researcher specializing in fish nutrition and larval development, with a focus on marine aquaculture species. She holds a PhD in Biology from the University of Patras, where her research examined the effects of live feed (particularly Acartia tonsa) on skeletal and digestive system development in fish larvae such as greater amberjack and seabream.
Her expertise includes larval ontogeny, histological and skeletal analysis, and the use of alternative protein sources in aquaculture. She has contributed to multiple national and international research projects and has authored several peer-reviewed publications on fish larval nutrition, growth, and health, including work on Atlantic cod and recirculating aquaculture systems
