Kari-Elin Korsnes Hildre

Kari-Elin Korsnes Hildre is the Chief Executive Officer of Alotta.

She joined the company in 2021 as Chief Operating Officer and was appointed CEO in 2022. She brings extensive leadership experience within operations, organizational development, and business growth.

Prior to joining Alotta, Kari-Elin held senior positions at Kongsberg Maritime, including Vice President Projects and General Manager Contract, where she was responsible for project delivery and commercial operations.

Earlier in her career, she worked with Rolls-Royce Marine, gaining broad experience within offshore and marine technologies.

Her professional background spans industrial and maritime sectors, with strong expertise in leadership, strategy execution, and building high-performing organizations. Kari-Elin is a Norwegian citizen and resides in Aalesund, Norway.
