Umberto Luzzana is a Marketing Manager at Skretting with more than 20 years of experience in fish nutrition, spanning both research and industry roles. He currently serves as a member of the Fish Feed Committee of the European Feed Manufacturers’ Federation and sits on the Advisory Board of the Graduate School in Agricultural and Environmental Sciences at the University of Florence.
He graduated in Agricultural Sciences from the University of Milan and holds a PhD in Animal Husbandry. He was also a Visiting Scholar at the School of Fisheries, University of Washington and an Expert Evaluator and an External Advisor for the European Commission.
The author of more than 30 scientific publications, he is currently a member of the Editorial Board of Reviews in Aquaculture
